Lighting the Way

Adoption is a complicated and yet beautiful journey with many trials and joys, and it often calls upon every emotion. Therefore, adoptive parents must be properly equipped to wisely discern what is best for their families when it comes to making adoption decisions.

Lighting the Way is a one-day seminar to help equip families for all aspects of the adoption process.  The workshop is led by HIA board members Suzanne Faske and Teresa Blake, and is held at the Faske's home.  Suzanne is the mother of 20 children, 18 of whom were adopted.  Teresa Blake is mother to six children, four of whom were adopted.
