Suzanne and her husband Jay are the parents of 23 children, Elizabeth, Rebekah, Andrew, Naomi, Abigail, Phoebe, Jacob, Joshua, Julia, Samuel, Hannah, Sarah, Nathaniel, Tabitha, Lydia, Joseph, Rachel, Olivia, Miriam Grace, Joy, Jonah, Gabriella, and Sophia.  Twenty of the Faske's children are adopted. They live in Burton, Texas, where Suzanne homeschools their children. The Faske's are members of Independence Baptist Church. While visiting orphanages in India, Russia, China, El Salvador, Colombia and Kazakhstan, Suzanne felt the Holy Spirit leading her to become more involved in orphan ministry. In 2002, Suzanne started Forever Families, a Christian adoption support group. In 2003, she was the recipient of The Angels in Adoption Congressional Award for her work in orphan ministry. She attended the Family Life Adoption and Orphan Care Summit in 2004, 2006, and 2007. Here I Am Orphan Ministries was started as a response to the compassion Suzanne has for orphans throughout the world.
