Debbie and her husband Ronnie are the parents of three children; Brian (and wife Amanda) Sarah (and husband Abel) and Anna whom they adopted from Kazakhstan in 2004.  They are also grandparents to Emma. They live in Brenham, Texas where they are active members at Champion Fellowship Church. Debbie has a huge desire to see children come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. The Fathauer family was led to adopt after participating in the 2003 Summer Host Program. After visiting all of the beautiful children in an orphanage in Kazakhstan, Debbie became very burdened for the orphaned children around the world. It is her desire to help meet the spiritual and physical needs of these children and to help them find their forever families.  After serving on the Board of Directors for several years, Debbie became the Executive Director in 2009.
